I started to type a novel. . . Let's just say by 11 PM on Wednesday. . . well I might be happy to NEVER see. . . I'm LUCKY that I survived Cake Pop making hell with ANY shred of sanity.
. . . Matt informed me that his co-workers will now be expecting Cake Pops for every occasion.

Merry Christmas
Dang! You could sale those baskets, make a little company out them!
OOO looks yummy!!!
These are so cute! I LOVE the reindeer!! I've tried to make cake pops. My decorations never turn out that cute, but they still taste good =)
Yum!
Those look yummy!!! Merry Christmas!!
I will be breif and say ditto to BDD and Jeff.
Oh and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Steps in making a cake pop:
1) Make a cake and let it cool overnight
2) Crumble the cake and mix it with a can of icing
3) Shape the cake/icing mixture into balls, cones, whatever shape you need
4) Put sticks in the balls and stick them in the freezer
5) Pour a drink because the next steps are painful
6) Melt chocolate
7) Dip balls in to melted chocolate
8) Cry when the cake ball falls off the stick
9) Add whatever decorations are needed
A few people have told me to start selling them, but I think if I had to make cake pops everyday 1) I'd go INSANE 2) I'd gain 20 lbs, I can resist a finished cake pop but I CAN'T resist tasting the ingredients along the way (mmm cake mix and icing and melted chocolate!)
Thank You all :)
